Return & Refund Policy

General Conditions

Thank you for shopping at Veli Prints. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within a specific number of days of the original purchase, subject to the following terms:

Custom Orders and Painted Models: All sales of custom orders and hand-painted models are final. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or process refunds.
Tampered Products: Any products that have been tampered with, modified, or altered are not eligible for a return or refund.

Filament Return Policy

Returns for filament are accepted under the following conditions:

The filament must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

A return must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Resin Return Policy

Resin returns will be accepted if the following criteria are met:
