All of our 3D printed models, both custom and non-custom, are made to order unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once you place an order, it enters our printing queue and is subject to our production schedule. Each model needs to be printed and undergo post-processing before it's ready for delivery. The estimated time for this will be clearly communicated on the project page.
Upon completion of printing and post-processing, we aim to deliver within 2 days. We'll make every effort to meet this timeline, but please understand that delivery times may vary based on order volume and operational capacities. If there will be any delay, we will communicate with you directly.
Deliveries to Gozo are scheduled once per week. Given the special scheduling for Gozo, we advise placing orders with the delivery day in mind to avoid any inconvenience. The exact day of delivery for the week will be informed during the order process.
Please note that while we endeavor to stick to the weekly schedule, circumstances such as public holidays or service interruptions may necessitate adjustments. In such cases, we will inform affected customers promptly.
